Bellagio on Venice Island has 142 homes and is the only gated community on the island. The community is bordered by the intracoastal waterway and Venetian Waterway Park, a bike and walking path. Located on the south end of the island with a clubhouse, pool and a tennis court. The homes are designed with a Northern Italian architecture.
